My name is Monika Steinschulte. I am the owner of the estate agency MS ANDALUCIA founded in 1995. My mother language is German but I speak English and Spanish too.
I fell in love with this beautiful region of Spain called Andalucia during my first visit in 1978. Very soon I became the owner of an apartment on the Costa del Sol. Having spent many holidays exploring this region I felt privileged to have discovered the many beautiful faces of Andalucia and I decided to make this my home.
In 1994 I successfully completed a one year course for foreign language students at the University of Malaga.
Now Andalucia had become my second home country, I wanted to use here my knowledge about the south of Spain and its people, my language skills, my good business education and working experience that I had achieved in the administration field of large German/English companies in Germany. This is how MS ANDALUCIA was founded.
I started the company alone (I work in a different way to other people) and I continue working in this way. I visit all the properties I take on for sale and give my opinion. I keep contact with the owners, take my own photographs and collect all the necessary papers and documents as requested by law. I up-date my website daily in order to keep it interesting and informative and I always attend and look after my clients. Apart from this professional assistance for buyers and sellers I offer a full after sales service. My clients certainly have many advantages through my personal way of working.
I am delighted to say that over the years I have developed a good working relationship with several estate agencies and because of this successful network I am able to offer for sale many more properties than shown on my website.

Since 1995 I am working as an estate agent and every day my ambition is that my clients are satisfied and happy with their new lives/holiday homes in Andalucia and love it like I do. It is a real pleasure for me when a new client comes along because I was recommended to him or her. To me it shows I am doing a good job!
